Internal Regulations

Compliance with the Internal Regulations of the Seasonal Rental Property is mandatory under the Seasonal Rental Agreement. Failure to follow these rules may result in penalties, such as security deposit deductions.

General Conditions

All Hosts (and all Visitors) must comply with the Internal Regulations as well as any other instructions provided by the Property Manager, Mr. Doublier, during their stay.The Hosts must inform the Manager of the Property of any incident or any complaint from the neighborhood as soon as possible.

Noise and neighbourhood

This Seasonal Rental is suitable for children. The Hosts are fully and in all circumstances responsible for the safety of their children as well as any disturbance caused to the neighborhood.

Hosts and Visitors should make as little noise as possible so as not to disturb residents of neighboring properties, especially at night (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.), as well as upon arrival and departure.

Noise nuisance is prohibited at all times and may result in the termination of the Seasonal Rental Agreement, eviction, loss of costs incurred as well as deductions from the security deposit.

The Hosts and their possible Visitors must not adopt any antisocial behavior. They are urged to minimize their immediate impact on the neighborhood and neighborhood residents.

Visitors

Hosts are authorized to invite Visitors at any time during their stay. (To be seen with the Owner).

Hosts are required to ensure that the maximum number of Visitors is not exceeded, and that Visitors comply with the Internal Regulations.

Hosts wishing to invite Visitors to spend the night in the Seasonal Rental Property must notify the Property Manager at the time of their reservation, subject to additional charges indicated in the pricing.

Parties and Events

It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other type of large-scale gathering in the Vacation Rental.

All gatherings in small groups must be done in accordance with the other rules stipulated in these regulations, in particular with regard to Noise, Neighborhood and the number of Visitors allowed.

Parking

Hosts and Visitors must comply with parking regulations.

Parking within the property is carried out in the locations provided.

Waste and selective sorting

Hosts and their Visitors are required to dispose of their garbage and their waste for recycling in the bins provided for this purpose and in accordance with the procedure in force at the Seasonal Rental Property (detailed below). Under no circumstances should rubbish be left in a public area or in common areas.

Garbage and waste to be recycled must be thrown in the 30l bags available.

Security

Whenever Hosts leave the Seasonal Rental, they are responsible for ensuring that all windows and doors are closed and / or locked in order to maintain the security of the accommodation and prevent potential damage from rain.

Guests should turn off lights, air conditioning, fans and electronic devices such as televisions when not in use to save energy. It is prohibited to leave the air conditioning on when the Hosts are away from the Seasonal Rental Property.

Pool

The swimming pool can only be used between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.

For safety reasons, the use of glasses is prohibited in or around the swimming pool. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine withheld from the security deposit.

Balcony, Terrace

Hosts should supervise infants and children at all times when using the balcony or terrace.

Smocking rules

Guests are permitted to smoke in the Seasonal Rental Property outside.

Hosts must dispose of their cigarette ends properly (eg in the ashtrays provided) and must under no circumstances throw them into the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

Pets

Pets are forbidden in the rental properties.

Barbecue

A gas barbecue is available to Guests on the property.

Breakage and damage

Any broken object and any damage caused must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as possible. Failure to report may result in a deduction from the security deposit.

To avoid breakage and damage, furniture should not be moved from room to room without prior agreement.

Please also note that towels should not leave the property (to go to the beach, for example).

Departure

The following rules apply to key collection, security, cleaning, waste, etc.An inventory is made at the exit.

Compliance with the rules

Violation of any rule included in these Internal Regulations constitutes a violation of the General Conditions of Occupation, in accordance with the Rental Agreement.

The Owner and the Manager reserve the right to terminate the occupancy permit and to evict from the Seasonal Rental Property any Host or Visitor refusing to comply with the Internal Regulations or causing nuisance disturbing neighbors or other residents of the community.
